Growing up in Vietnam, coffee wasn't something you ordered — it was something you waited for. You pulled up a small plastic stool, set your Phin filter over a glass, and watched the drip. Slow, deliberate, unhurried.
“I didn't just miss the coffee. I missed what it meant — mornings with family, the sound of the street, the feeling of belonging.”
When our founder immigrated to Colorado, that ritual came along. Artemis was born from that love — and from a dream to share Vietnam's most beautiful coffee culture with a new home.
