BORN IN VIETNAM

Our Rooted Story

Artemis began with one stubborn idea: that the coffee we grew up with deserved to be served here unchanged. Not sweetened down, not simplified — the real thing. Single-origin Robusta from the Vietnamese highlands, brewed slow through a phin filter, the way it's done at home.

We opened in Littleton in 2024 with a small bar, a lot of egg coffee, and a bet that Colorado was ready for it.

FROM SAIGON TO COLORADO

Why we're here

In Vietnam, coffee was never something you ordered and carried away. You sat down. You set the phin over the glass and you waited — three, four minutes of watching it drip while the morning happened around you. The stool was plastic. The street was loud. Nobody was in a hurry.

When I came to Colorado, I could find coffee everywhere. What I couldn't find was that.

So I started making it for myself — the phin, the condensed milk, the egg coffee whipped by hand. Then for friends. Then for anyone who would try it.

Artemis is what happened next. Every drink on our menu is something I would serve at my own table.

Craftsmanship

Foam whipped to order. Flan baked in house. Beans roasted in small batches in Vietnam and packed here. Nothing on this menu comes out of a pump bottle.

Our Mission & Values

The Artemis Way

Authenticity

We don't adapt Vietnamese coffee to make it easier to sell. Single-origin Robusta, phin-drip, condensed milk, hand-whipped egg cream — made the way it's made at home.

Hospitality

You're not a ticket number. You get greeted, and if it's your first egg coffee, you get told what's coming and how to drink it.

Every cup is made by hand, to order, by a small team who know the difference between a good phin drip and a rushed one.

The Art of the Craft

The phin drip is more than a method; it's a patient ritual. We use single-origin Vietnamese Robusta beans from the highlands, roasted in small batches to preserve their bold essence. Every cup is a sensory journey that honors both tradition and meticulous craftsmanship.
